Alex has the sort of inexhaustible creative energy that only comes about when a brilliant, eccentric wizard gets way too much time on his hands. I've seen this unstoppable madman take a sprawling multi-planar Megadungeon campaign with easily over a hundred hours of world-building, and pivot it from an oldschool dungeon crawl into a light-hearted romp integrated into a City Building simulator and then back to an epic, heroic adventure and then into a cyberpunk-inspired wargame. He can run the game you're looking for. He's also legitimately a cool/chill dude. I implore you to not pass up the opportunity to seat at his table.
