Great explanations and really helps mold the game to the characters, He is great at helping newer plays get a feel for how the game flows and is forgiving if you are unsure of a rule or misunderstand something. Would highly recommend for any new player to run a private session with Jason first as there is so much he can teach you to help get you ready. He also is a big proponent of the rule of cool and that has allowed for some really quirky and fun interactions at the table.
