As someone whose only DnD experience was 3.5e(2 years), joining RJ's campaigns (5e) was nerve wracking. I wasn't familiar with 5e at all or how it differed from 3.5. RJ was very welcoming and patient, explained how things worked. Great environment, knowledgeable and values player input. His story telling is hands down the best out of all the DM's I had ever played with. You can easily tell RJ puts his all into every campaign and every session, to bring it to life and draw the players in. RJ's DnD campaigns/sessions is something I always look forward to playing.
