I've participated in VTM RP's for quite a few years and Spoon is honestly the best GM I've found for this experience. Not only does he put a lot of effort into creating his npc's and the narrative all around them, but also just bringing the entire world to life and ensuring you truly are a part of it. He keeps the world difficult and entertaining just as it should be, but at the same time he knows he's providing a service for his players so if there's ever a need for help he's always available to nudge you in the right direction. Part of that service is allowing his players to truly built the characters they want (within a realm of reason of course) so he's generous with exp and facilitates gaining new disciplines and acquiring item as long as you have a reasonable way of obtaining them. If you are new to this type of experience I highly recommend!
