I highly recommend Martyn. I started to play Pathfinder with him when he was a first time DM. He did amazing, was well prepared and learnt so fast. I love to play with him every time. He rewards us for creativity, helps us to feel more comfortable and writes amazing descriptions/personal stories! He always tries his best to give everybody the same amount of time with spotlight. Martyn chooses very good ambient music and listen to our requests every time. He is patient, generous and deeply care about the campaigns and characters.
