There are always two sides to any issue, so obviously take this with a grain of salt. First, GM obviously put in a lot of time and effort world-building, might have been nice to see. GM provided confusing/conflicting information on a relatively minor matter. When I tried to apply this information as I understood it, it lead to a disagreement and I dropped it. But, rather than de-escalate, the GM seemed to escalate and persist, bringing up the issue indirectly again more than once. Despite my request to end the discussion/argument multiple times, the GM had to always get in the last word, calling my responses deliberate misunderstandings, provoking further responses. Did not seem to accept criticism well or suggestion to simplify to remove confusion. Seemed to believe players are always trying to scheme ways to game the system to their advantage vs. making smart effective choices. Lastly, I felt the pacing to be slow. Just not worth the time/money/stress to continue.
