Ellis is incredibly kind and patient. We started a campaign that was very beginner friendly and prior to the first meeting, they met up with me one-on-one to go through my character sheet, design her backstory, and figure out all the spells and such. Ellis is a wiz at Excel and I was a stumbling fool hahaha. They're super good at going with the flow and I was really impressed with out smoothly the online games went. They also prioritize enjoyment rather than being super strict with the rules, which I personally, vibe with and appreciate. I couldn't ask for a better GM!!!
