I played with Cai learn the call of Cthulhu, it was awesome, me and my friends enjoyed and i think learn way more then i thought we will in the 3 hours we played. Of course my friend don't wanna actually play this system ever again, because if they cannot hit anything every 5 min the system isn't for them, but i will gladly play that thing again because it was awesome.

Zye Folkvar ran an excellent one-shot that introduced us to the Lancer TTRPG. As a first-time Lancer player, I really appreciated how thoroughly he explained both the gameplay and the setting. One of the highlights was how he walked us through building our mechs before the session he made what could have been a complex process feel clear, approachable, and even fun. His guidance helped us understand how different systems and frames worked, and how to create builds that matched our playstyles. During the game, Zye was patient, organized, and enthusiastic. He kept the pacing just right balancing teaching moments with exciting tactical encounters. The mission itself was engaging and showcased Lancer's depth really well. If you're new to Lancer or looking for a great GM who knows how to make the system click, I highly recommend playing with Zye.
