Kel

I've played a lot of real-life games under Kel, and he's one of the best narrative GM's that I know. He tends to use systems that don't require a lot of number crunching, which makes combat less in-depth than systems like Pathfinder, but they move along a lot more smoothly. He is able to run games across wide range of tones. The most common genres I've played under him have been sci-fi and supernatural horror. His games are inclusive and treating other players with respect is a requirement for his table. I've been in games that included as players both new players and experienced GMs, and I've seen both have a great time. Kel is very good at thinking on the fly and smoothly dealing with all the stupid crap players throw at GMs. Perhaps most importantly, Kel wants everyone to have a good time. Sometimes, that means feeling like a badass bounty hunter working for the Huts. Sometimes that means being a nearly helpless reporter on a deadly cult island (who may or may not have been dragged off into a demon dimension). Either way, Kel tells a good story and players have fun. If you want a strong narrative experience and to have fun, Kel is a great choice.
