I may be biased since I'm his wife, BUUUTTT!!! I have the benefit of seeing behind the scenes! Rashaad spends an immense amount of time just preparing for each and every game he runs, be it a one shot, a once-a-month, or our bi weekly games. If you have the option of joining a campaign via D&D Beyond, he owns all of the purchasable material, so you have 100% of everything available to making a new character or adjusting a current one!! His attention to detail knows no bounds. He frequently refreshes himself on the rules and builds, is kind enough to help organize player inventory for higher level games, Rule of Cool totally applies and is used as often as possible!! I think one of my favorite qualities is that he allows for optimizations for new loots finds (lets you pick what kind of +1 +2 +3 weapon you actually get, doesn't force a random one) and ensures that drops are balanced so everyone will get something that actually fits and works for their character, which is insanely kind and considerate of each player. The games are always very balanced thanks to his EXTREMELY EXTENSIVE spreadsheet he created on his own. Like good lord I cannot express the level of information available on this sheet of his and it's so impressive!! Rashaad has rightfully earned his place as my favorite DM, wife or not 🤣 and I cannot wait for everyone here to experience this mastermind!!
