Phil is an incredible and dedicated DM who always put his players enjoyment and needs first. Having both played with Phil over the last few years, whether its playing alongside him, DMing him or him DMing me, it's hard to find a more relaxed, supportive and fun-orientated person to experience a TTRPG with. Always fair. Always willing to let players try the craziest things and let it success and fail on its own merits. Always direct in helping everyone to be included and enjoy the game. As a teacher, Phil taught me several non-DnD systems and always makes the experience accessible and fun.
