Ash is fantastic DM. He's kind and inclusive. He does great voices and world building. He goes above and beyond when it comes to organizing outside of the game. He's quick to respond and has built a great community as well. One of his strongest assets is that he has a good understanding of pacing. If you've ever been a DM you know how hard it is to give your players time to gel and explore while also moving the story along. Ash always handles that masterfully and it's one of the hardest skills to pick up. You are missing out if you don't have him as your DM!
