Spoon makes worlds, stories, and characters that you actually care about. He makes the game fun for everyone, newbies and veterans alike. I especially recommend his sessions if you like RP-heavy games, because he allows for a lot of creativity and lets the players effectively influence the story. He has a good ability to explain concepts and teach others rules in unfamiliar systems and makes the play environment safe and inclusive for everyone.
