I've played in a number of Joe's campaigns before, and I would say that he is a great GM if you enjoy games that venture into dark themes. Joe is very good at working with players to create characters that they not only want to play, but also fit into the setting and story of the campaign they are in. His games have an emphasis on roleplay, with plenty of opportunities for conversations between characters. This includes the use of text channels to not only allow for multiple conversations to unfold, but also to keep the voice chat from becoming overwhelmed and allow all players a chance to speak. If you enjoy a story with dark turns that will challenge the players both physically and mentally, I would give one of Joe's games a try.
