Somnus is nothing short of an exemplary GM, this is our first campaign and we are totally blown away with the depth of story that is so engaging and makes everyone feel heard and included. The combat is a perfect mix of dangerous and balanced making sure you know the stakes at hand. I'd recommend Somnus to anyone, new player or seasoned vet. not to mention the use of sound affects, voice changers and in depth NPC's tie somnus's games together, I cannot recommend Somnus enough as a GM, you know who to choose. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- now, for the other part of somnus, i still stand by everything i said about how he is an amazing GM and is fantastic for new players, but i cannot leave this part unsaid, we have 15 played sessions however 10 have been cancelled, this is largely in part to somnus having things happening in his life, whether or not this is because of situations that are unavoidable it 90% of the time is last minute and only seems to affect people that have weekend bookings, I understand that life happens and it can make it tough to host games sometimes, but it almost always causes the weekend games to cancelled with late notice, we are not the only groups this has effected. id say if you are going to play with somnus, it is a great choice, but do not book for weekend games, or you will more often then not have them cancelled.
