One thing I will say for Evan is he is prepared for most things the party will throw at him. His voices, attitude, and speech for all the characters is top notch. One of his best traits is the visual aid of his maps and things. If there is something that he could improve on it would be setting boundaries (specifically around rules and allowing to much rule of cool).
