After "shopping around" for the right DM, I'm so happy to join my second campaign w Ted. Ted constantly finds ways to make everyone feel heard and empowered, while still maintaining the tension of tough battles and moral dilemmas. He rly pays attention to the "stars and wishes", and brings a very diverse group together. I'm in a particularly RP-heavy party, and can say it is nice when the DM trusts the group, doesn't nervously interrupt, but also knows how to keep the pace of action coming. A real expert, just *wow*
