I recently had the pleasure of experiencing my first session with Kleay as our Dungeon Master, and I am already thoroughly impressed by their exceptional game-running skills. Our group is known for being quite chaotic, yet Kleay masterfully embraced our dynamic and turned it into a strength rather than a hindrance. From the outset, it was clear that Kleay had invested significant time and effort into preparing for our adventure. Each of our characters was greeted with a pre-written, personalized introduction, which immediately drew us into the story and made us feel valued as players. What truly stood out to me, however, was Kleay's ability to adapt and improvise. No matter how unpredictable our actions were, they effortlessly adjusted the narrative to keep the game flowing smoothly. At the same time, Kleay had the ability to step back and give us space when our roleplaying took on a life of its own. Overall, this was one of the best first sessions I have ever had, and it has significantly rekindled my enthusiasm for tabletops in general. I am eagerly looking forward to future adventures with Kleay at the helm!
