If I could give 7 starts out of 5 I would!!! Nothing short of absolutely wonderful and fantastic. Each session opening lashed out like a hook and drew me in. Scarlet's descriptions are detailed without rambling on, just the right amount to be flavourful without overloading it. Very flexible DM, knows when to step in, knows when to let the players have fun. Very approachable and flexible with rules and rules discussions. I've always thought that Critical Role was what DnD could be, whereas Oxventure is the spirit of what it should be. Our games lean towards the latter so far, not so much bogged down in rules and world lore, just here's a game, here's a world, let's explore it together and have fun.
