I've played with Joe for a while. He's amazing at creating unique settings, amazing/complex NPCs, terrifying villains, and ending sessions in a way that get you excited for the next one. I love the dark themes he employs in his campaigns. If you want a darker story with a lot of opportunities for character growth/development, this DM is for you!
