For an overview: Olivia is LGBTQIA+ friendly, provides a safe space, rewards great roleplay, puts in extra hours to help players or expand her knowledge of the setting, and, above all, she really cares about her players' enjoyment and loves D&D. My thing with D&D is that I'm that dingus that shows up with a 10 page backstory and Olivia was all for it. She helped to expand it quite a bit by helping to make and flesh out NPCs of an organization I came up with (a cabal of monsters who collect valuables and art) and put in a lot of extra time that I truly appreciate. While the organization is secondary to the story, she's provided me ways to interact with many elements of my character's backstory in ways that help drive the story forward and/or provide meaningful connection and roleplay. It really shows that she cares and wants to incorporate players' backstories into the main story threads. I'm quite lucky to have her as my DM.
