James makes an excellent effort to tell a great story while also incorporating the stories players want to tell with their characters, and greets player ideas with great enthusiasm. He's excellent at running with improvisation and incredibly fun to match wits with. He comes up with creative and unique worlds and situations for his players and every campaign I've had him run felt like it had a full actualized world in it. I've never had a session with him that felt like a slog. I'd highly recommend him as a DM.
