I have been a player in Dylan's games a few years now and it's always a blast. He responds quickly to the most hairbrained ideas we come up with, with real consequences that aren't always obvious right away but add to the storyline well, and he rewards good roleplaying. Excellent at keeping track of things like what other games in his world are doing, voices for reoccuring NPCs, and what your character's goals are (in fact, he deliberately includes your goals into the game to encourage more roleplaying). Most of all, he's just fun and ensures all players (regardless of gender, age, or experience) get their chance to have fun, too.
