Mitch is very approachable and helpful with questions both in and out of session. He is a great DM for beginners and offers suggestions when I'm stuck but encourages player choices and creativity. There's a a nice mix of rule of cool while obviously knowing the rules and source material. He clearly puts a lot of time and effort into his campaigns which makes the whole thing run smoothly.
