There are two things I really appreciate about Eternus as a GM: First, he takes running the game seriously holds himself to a high standard. His games start on time, and he lets players have fun but still knows how to keep them on track and progressing the story. He makes use of the virtual tabletop with special effects and modules to add spectacle to the maps and to make the players' lives easier. I always feel like I got my money's worth for his sessions. Second, he is willing to challenge players but isn't an adversarial GM! Fights can be difficult and challenging to the players but just as often Eternus is celebrating player victories, or pointing out how well the group used tactics or abilities to overcome an encounter. It never feels like he's going easy on us or giving us free wins, but it also never feels like we're being targeted unfairly. The game, and monsters/NPCs within it, react in a way that makes the world feel more real.
