Can't recommend Xero enough - this was my first game of D&D so I was nervous about joining a table, but right from the start it has been a wonderful experience and so much fun! He encourages player creativity and is very patient and supportive. He uses lots of visual aids (maps, pictures of key NPCs and items) to make the game more immersive, and pitches the encounters at the perfect difficulty level so it is fun and exciting. I was also impressed with how he also dealt with some adverse player behaviour (very rare but it came up once) in a very calm and professional way that solved the issue but was minimally disruptive and satisfactory to the rest of the group. We have been playing for about 6 months now and I can't wait for each sessions as a highlight of each week. Highly recommend!!
