Bill is a terrific DM. Really good world-building; excellent and fun-voiced PCs. What's really fun about Bill's games, though, is that he rolls with whatever his PCs want to do. If you're a new player and not comfortable with the rules, he can help figure out what to do. But just as important, if your party has a ridiculous plan to achieve the adventure goal, he's flexible enough to facilitate it.
