Josh is the GM we don't deserve, but all need. He has serious mastery over the Expanse TTRPG (AGE) mechanics but never let the rules get in the way of fun. In fact he knows how to work with the system to make the crunchiest parts (eg. Stunts, Churn, Space combat) exciting rather than daunting or annoying as they can be for players new to the system. He's also super responsive to his players and their intent. If you have a creative solution, he'll find a way to fit it into the rules. If you're doing a bit, his NPCs will riff with you. He can "No, but:" and "Yes, and:" as only the most practiced GMs know how. Plus, he makes sure there's room at the table for every player to contribute evenly. His Expanse module, "Escape from Eros" is also a perfect intro to the Expanse TTRPG as players can learn mechanics as the story unfolds.
