Ash is the kind of DM that gives players the space to be creative and to roleplay their characters. She enjoys and deals with player created chaos in very creative ways. It doesn't matter if you've never role-played before or if you are already good at it, her games allow you to explore that side of the game and have fun with it. This can and definitely creates chaos sometimes, but she deals with it in creative ways. Players can sometimes derail any kind of plot or story she sets us on, but Ash seems to be good at recovering from that. As for combat, she doesn't shy away from that either. Combat in her games does not necessarily happen every session, but when it does it is interesting and challenging, with winning not necessarily always being the only resolution.
