About me

What I’m looking for in a GM is someone who enjoys running a higher-powered, more permissive style of Pathfinder 2e. I really enjoy the power-fantasy side of tabletop games. I like building characters that feel exceptional and capable, and I like being able to experiment with the different variant systems Pathfinder offers—things like Dual Class, Free Archetype, Ancestry Paragon, Skill Paragon, Mythic rules, and other optional character-building systems when they fit the campaign. For me, being powerful isn't about trying to dominate the table or outperform everyone else. I actually enjoy helping other players build strong characters too, sharing the spotlight, and creating situations where everybody gets a chance to do something impressive. I want the whole party to feel powerful, not just my character. I also really enjoy character optimization and experimenting with unusual combinations. That's a big part of the hobby for me. I like having enough freedom to come up with creative builds without feeling like every strong interaction is going to immediately be restricted or removed simply because it works well. At the same time, I still want challenges. I don't necessarily want every encounter to be easy. I'd rather have the GM know that we're playing powerful characters and then give us appropriately dangerous enemies, bigger encounters, interesting objectives, and situations where we actually get to use all of those abilities. More than anything, I'm looking for a friendly weekly game with a consistent group. I want to enjoy the fantasy of being an unusually capable adventurer, have fun building characters, work together with the other players, share cool moments with them, and see what Pathfinder can do when a GM is comfortable opening up more of the game's optional systems.
