Seriously one of the best GMs I've ever had the privilege of playing with! Casey is amazing. Their attention to detail and level of specificity is astounding. You really feel like you're playing in a real, developed world, while at the same time being able to make any wild, wacky, creative choice you want. They never miss a beat. The world and story adapt and change based on your choices in such an organic way, and it feels like there's an endless amount to explore. In our game, there was a wonderful sense of whimsy and excitement around every corner, and then when things got more intense and eerie it felt genuinely chilling. It's really cool to see someone able to masterfully craft both types of environment, to cultivate many different vibes cohesively within the same story. Also, let's talk about sensory world building- they used brilliantly crafted, highly specific visual aids to depict environments and characters, as well as a variety of music to enhance each setting and atmosphere with an individual soundscape. And their voices are SO good! Every NPC had a unique voice with its own accent and cadence, I was so impressed. Plus, very importantly, I always felt safe. Casey cultivates a very inclusive and supportive atmosphere, and that feels part of the fabric of the game. Overall I can't recommend them highly enough. I could honestly keep raving forever, but these reviews probably have a character limit.
