First of all this DM is very very chill, both in and out of game. While he knows the rules pretty well he also understands that some of them are simply not fun to certain players; he holds his players' fun above the need to follow the rules directly by the book. And he's very supportive to his players, both the veterans and the newbies. The new players will be given a great informative yet fun introduction to the game, and the experienced players will be able to spread their wings and express their creativity both in terms of RP and mechanics-wise.
