JV has been a fantastic GM. Every session is extremely well planned and they are always fun. I'm a relative new player to D&D with this being my second campaign in my D&D career. Exciting and perfect timing are great descriptions of JV's sessions. He engages with the player's character motivations and their growth, seamlessly crafting them into the story. He is a player's GM. When Sessions are difficult and mistakes can lead to death it feels like we brushed death and barely made it. The satisfaction of having survived is always sweet. I would Recommend JV as a GM for new players and experienced players. He knows what he's doing and has a very firm grasp on the game systems. He knows how to craft a great story that incorporates his player's character backstories and their character growth throughout the campaign. And he is great to talk with and always makes time if you need help with your character or have any questions. JV has been fantastic to play D&D with.

I'm a brand new player to DND, never played a single campaign in my life. I had no idea about any of the DND systems or how to play before I joined the campaign. Fan has been great at bringing me into the world of DND and roleplaying. He crafted an engaging story that makes me wish the sessions could keep going and going. He's answered any question I have and I'm not afraid that I'm going to suddenly mess something up or get my character killed. He lets me build my character how I want to and act out their personality and have fun interactions with the world he crafted. We have a fun game going on and I look forward every week to continuing it. Couldn't have asked for a better first time GM.
