Neo leads their games with confidence and competence. They have an excellent sense of player level and capability, interacts with players beautifully, and sets the world in a way that encourages you to push in. Their descriptions of the world paint a full picture with concission, making focus almost impossible to avoid. Moreover, a DM who can work with their players' abilities without fearing them, as Neo does, is a too rare blessing.
