I've played with multiple GMs on StartPlaying, and I've only taken the time to provide ratings for 2 of them. I very much appreciate that Captain66 strikes a delicate balance between allowing players to achieve the story beats they had in mind for their characters while simultaneously guiding them through a system they might not be familiar with and holding them accountable to the rules of that system in a fair and impartial manner. He's definitely one of the top GMs I've played with. I highly recommend him.
