He is very good with new players, giving them time or help making their characters on foundry or beyond and allows people to fix mistakes they made. Andrew has very good maps and visuals that includes interactive maps to help bring the campaign to life. I'm currently playing in his Curse of Strahd sessions and it has been an enjoyable experience so far.
