GM Luke

I normally wont leave bad reviews but I can not recommend this GM at all unfortunately. The main reason being that he advertises a 2.5-3.5 hour game but ended the session at the 2 hour mark just saying this seems like a good place to stop. The other reasons are: The GM did not seem prepared for the session often having to lookup key elements of the story that he was unaware are written in the players guide. The one combat encounter we had, the gm seemed unfamiliar with the creatures abilities and had to look them up. During that encounter the gm had to look up some rulings too which is fine but once again it seemed like there was little or no preparations made for this session. When we got to a village and interacted with npcs the gm complained about how many npcs were in the campaign and had to look up information regarding them. This also lead me to believe very little preparation had been done for this session. To top it all off the gm constantly uses bad language dropping several f bombs and repeatedly saying God dammit. I will say that after I complained the gm offered a partial refund for ending the session early.

He is very patient with new players and took the time to show me what I needed to know so i could have fun in the group. He has a great upbeat attitude and is very gifted at keeping things light and moving along in a fun way. i would grab a set at his table anytime.
