Puts time into your character details if you put the effort in to warrant it. Is open to criticism when it comes up (which isn't often). Puts a huge emphasis on freedom especially when it comes to character motivation stuff. Makes the world feel lived in and reactive to the party. Includes a good mix of comedy and drama based on what the party enjoys. Overall friendly DM that puts effort into his games 10/10 would game again. Also strikes me as a minmaxer when playing which means he knows the rules well.
