He does a great job with both homebrew and pre-written adventures, and clearly puts a lot of thought and effort into preparing for sessions. He is flexible about player choices and roleplay and definitely rewards creativity by weaving people's backstories into the world and making sure our actions have an impact on the story. One thing I also like is that his rulings and decisions feel fair and balanced while also not lowering the stakes of the game, so it truly feels fun yet we have to make choices carefully.
