Johnny is an amazing GM. He is able to set the atmosphere and tone whilst telling his incredible stories and has made great adaptations to the module we are running to demonstrate the consequences of our choices and actions in a realistic manner. Whilst he has great attention to detail for the rules he is always willing to adapt them to allow players to be more creative and allows for unique approaches to tasks, social interactions or combat. NPCS that Johnny creates feel natural, and always feel like you're speaking to a new individual rather than a copy of someone else. He has made some great NPCS that are very lovable, he also has made ones that I actually hate (mainly because he plays the villain too well and makes me want to murder that character). He also incorporates backstories seamlessly into the campaign, to the point were sometimes I didn't even know it wasn't an original plot point in the campaign. Combats are also done especially well. They always feel appropriately challenging and never seem impossible. He also makes good use of terrain or environmental/story issues to keep combats from feeling repetitive. Combat also always serves a purpose and is not just a "random encounter" for the sake of throwing an encounter in the way. Johnny is also super respective to feedback and always finishes the session with a chat around what we liked and didn't like so that he can adapt his session to the tables needs. He is also super friendly, approachable, and inclusive. He very patient with players who are still learning their characters / the mechanics and is very forgiving to player error. Overall I feel no matter what kind of player you are Johnny will be able to adapt to your needs ensuring you will have fun! He is a awesome GM and someone you can trust to run your session
