In addition to the points made by other reviewers (Echo's great storytelling, voice acting, knowledge, setting, and friendliness), I appreciate his work to make sure his players are having a good time. He makes sure to ask all players what they want to do to ensure everyone has the opportunity to shine. Even more than that, when I had a concern about playstyle and mentioned it to him, he asked if he could try to adjust it and did so without making a big deal out of it, without making anything awkward, and without making me protest or explain anything to the group. Not only that, everyone is still having fun and looking forward to each session. He's proven himself a trustworthy GM as well as a skilled one, and that's something I really appreciate.
