I've finished three campaigns (two of them going over one year) with Mark. He is very knowledgable about both rules and lore, and ready to answer your questions. I've grown as a player thanks to him. Plus, his voices of certain creatures are hillarious.

It was a very nice experience for me as an SW FFG Age of Rebellion beginner. Jacob helped me with the character creation, and throughout the whole game, I felt relaxed and enjoyed the RP and some action. Few ambient sounds and music added to the atmosphere.
