Oz is the best GM I've played with. He does all the things, makes a safe space, tells a great story, uses the best tools for online play, does good funny voices/accents, sets the stage of both the world and the immediate surroundings very well, and is a great GM for beginners. I've had a lot of fun playing with him the past few months and will be happy to join in any campaign he is running in the future.
