Steve is understanding, fair, up for jokes but brings the attention back to the game if players deviate to much. Also I liked his voice acting.

8 Months into a Campaign with Oz right now, and we´ve been through so many different and awesome scenarios already. He is always trying to engage with players ideas and find fair solutions to make them work. Very patient towards our group which is still rather inexperienced with D&D. We must´ve asked him the same questions over and over again and he keeps being patient and very polite. When one of the players once overstepped some boundaries, Oz politely informed him that this is nothing that´s acceptable in his games. Solved this situation very professionally and we could just continue playing, with the rules of engagement being clear. I would say that Oz takes his Dming serious and has a professional approach to it.
