I've been in two games with Talia as GM. The first was a play-by-post game run over a forum. The second was a live TTRPG two-shot (with pregens) conducted over Roll20. What impressed me most was: 1) Her ability to take her storytelling and worldbuilding - already great on their own - and raise it to new levels by incorporating the ideas of players (sometimes without them even knowing until later!) 2) Her care to step back and course-correct if OOC miscommunication seems to be occurring. 3) Her skill at getting new players onboarded to a TTRPG system in a single session's worth of play.
