I really enjoyed Jamie's approach to taking a brand new player under his wing and breaking down the pros and cons of various tactical and RP methods. He did a great job of spelling things out via RAW, adding flavor to in- and out-of-combat scenarios, and providing guidance on plans/combat placement/heists.
