This is a long overdue review. I've been playing with Darren twice weekly for roughly 8 months, over 4 campaigns (D&D 5E). Let's start with the basics, Darren is extremely reliable (never missed a session). Darren's game management is exceptional with a great balance of RAW and RAI, he always exhibits a willingness to hear the table and is accountable for his own actions. Darren has a good sense of humor and loves to have a bit of a laugh but is willing to rein things in if they get out of hand. (Looks at self). Darren's FoundryVTT game is superb and is continually evolving as Foundry itself evolves. Great maps, very cool visual and audible effects. (Do you mind if I Boom your Blade?). In terms of community, Darren has a great discord server which encourages TTRPG exchange and a really loyal player group with a low turnover rate. A quick bit about me since reviews without context can be meaningless. I've been an avid consumer of D&D material since the mid/late 80's. I was never able to find or willing to find a group to play with. I decided to finally take the plunge into the unknown and I'm infinitely glad I ended up at Darren's Table. TLDR: Jump in with both feet, the water is fine and all are welcome.
