I've been playing with Cam for over a year. Our campaign has gone through LMoP and Icewind Dale with a lot of extra content added into the modules and in between. He pays a lot of attention to character development, world development, and really helps the players explore & mould their characters. He is responsive to player feedback and regularly asks for inputs and opinions throughout the campaign. Our current campaign has a great balance of loot, combat, and roleplay to keep us engaged. He knows when to give us time to discuss our plans or talk to each other, but also knows when it's time to nudge us further along in the story. I can honestly say that, among the 3 years worth of campaigns I've been in, he's the best DM I've played with.
