Falcon is an amazing worldbuilder and story teller. He carries a passion to see player characters go through memorable and endearing npcs, fierce combat, and emotional tribulation in meticulously crafted narratives to see them break through themselves and their surroundings, or have their choices and the foes that they made break them. I have had the pleasure of playing through three of his own crafted settings and did not reach anywhere close to seeing all that he had laid the groundwork for. He respects player agency and goes to great lengths to help player characters feel grounded in the world, rather than simply a foreign being. Falcon's penchant for homebrew content goes beyond almost any other dungeon master I have played with, having setting specific custom races, subclasses, spells, magical items, and boons galore; implemented in such a way to feel cohesive to the narrative without anything feeling out of place. Rade is adept at making thoughtful and engrossing theatre of the mind descriptions. The NPCs, beasts, locations, scenery, mundane and not so mundane objects are all richly flavored with personality, quirks, and scene-setting mood effects. He also seems to be quite experienced with INKarnate and has made several impressive maps for campaign use. Rade also seems to have a deep understanding of the core battle/spell mechanics of 5e and adjudications thus far have been swift.

I've had the pleasure being part of one of Nicole's weekly campaigns for close to 6 months now. Nicole takes great pride in being a lore master as brings extensive insight to the various subcultures of the Sword Coast and Faerun as a whole. Striving to bring life, integrity, and entertainment to the plot and all characters that appear within Nicole prioritizes a cohesive and rich narrative.
