About me
I started DM'ing in the 80s, playing mainly D&D. A few years ago, I started up again, this time exploring the world of the Mythos through Call of Cthulhu, a system I really enjoy for the emphasis on travel, suspense, exploration, story-telling and character interactions. Humor is important too!
GM style
I enjoy role-play with interesting characters and colorful, expressive interactions, and enjoy situations of suspense and intrigue. I have traveled a lot in my life, and studied diverse languages, cultures and histories, so I also love the exploration aspect of Call of Cthulhu, including learning about different cultures, languages, civilizations, practices, and so on. As a writer, I enjoy creating interesting and multi-faceted stories. Dice can be fun, but story is the most important thing for me. Role-playing is a co-creation between all involved: DM (Keeper) and players. So I enjoy the cooperative "improv-like" nature of roleplaying. That includes a healthy dose of humor!
